Fences go up around Lancaster Canal Corridor site
The large white fencing went up last week around sections of the Canal Corridor North site, which has been earmarked for development by British Land.
One observer said workmen had told him some of the buildings may be getting demolished.

Hide AdThe fences have been erected around a derelict parcel of land in Moor Lane, and in Lodge Street, Edward Street and Brewery Lane.
Jon Davis, landlord at The Golden Lion pub in Moor Lane, said that no-one had been in touch with him about future plans for the site.
He said: “They have boarded up the old Classic Drinks building at the end of Brewery Lane as well.
“I do get the feeling that something is beginning to happen round there.
