Man released in connection with drug dealer death

A MAN arrested in connection with the killing of a Lancaster drugs dealer four years ago has been released without charge.
The body of Timothy MacPherson, 29, from Brookhouse, was found by binmen in the yard of a house in Oldham in July 2004.

He had been shot twice in the neck and stomach at point blank range.

Nobody has ever been convicted of his murder.

On Monday, Greater Manchester Police said they were questioning a 31-year-old man in connection with the death.
