LANCASTER City were knocked out of the FA Cup by a last-gasp goal from Salford.
City led at the break with a fourth goal of the season from Dave Foster in the 42nd minute.

But, in a disappointing second half from the home side, Salford City responded with two goals of their own to win this preliminary round tie.

Barry Massey found the net on 71 as the game looked to be heading for a replay back at Salford on Tuesday night.

But Lathan Forrester popped up in injury-time to win the game for the visitors and claim the £1,500 in prize money.
